My friend has an android phone. Her texts to me keep bouncing Back to her. She has successfully texted me in the past. Is it something my end?

Restart the phone.
Settings, Messages, Turn on iMessage, and SMS, MMS
Settings, Messages, send & Receive, your number should now be there.
