cellular services for apple watch series 7

Are there any third party cellular services that will work in a new apple watch series 7. I currently use Ting, which uses the Sprint network but it won't work with my new watch. Will I be forced to go back to one of the three or so big cell services??

The T-Mobile plan is still there, just not in use. I left my phone behind and went out with just my watch to see if it would connect to the T-Mobile service if I wasn’t close to my phone, but it didn’t. Is there a way to get my watch to be set up with my phone but use the T-Mobile cellular when away from my phone?

Apple Watch Cellular I have just bought an Apple Watch SE cellular, but I am in a Tesco mobile phone contract which doesn’t support Apple Watches. Is there a way I can pay for a separate sim to pay for the watch to be cellular through a different network that does support the watch?
