I can get in my MacBook air

I need help with my password I didn’t forget or changed my password but since I did the upgrade it’s not letting me in and I cant do anything to get in my MacBook Air 13..

Follow either of the two precious suggestions First

Otherwise, in the Terminal Command copy and paste the below command without the Quotation Marks --->>

" id -Gn username | grep -q -w admin && echo True || echo False "

If the $USER is admin then True will result.
