iphone 13 pro ALARM setting

I have a new iphone 13 pro - why can't I just set a NORMAL alarm, without the Health App?

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> How to set and change alarms on your iPhone, and/or in this one:--> Use Bedtime to track your sleep on your iPhone, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support
