iTunes disabled and App Store

I can’t update my apps because it says I’ve been disabled out of my iTunes and App Store. How can this get fixed?

Here's what to do:

If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

ie: Click the link in the article to get support, and get things fixed.
