How do I change my region on my phone

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
  3. Tap View Account. You may be asked to sign in.
  4. Tap Country/Region
  5. Tap Change Country or Region.
  6. Tap your new country or region, then review the terms and conditions.
  7. Tap Agree in the top right-hand corner, then tap Agree again to confirm.
  8. Select a payment method and enter your new payment information and billing address, then tap Next. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.* Find out more about how to change or remove your payment information

You need a zero account balance and you need to cancel all your subscriptions. If you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. You need a valid credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.
