error message 0x802A0006

I am using Windows 8.1 picture viewer, iphone se second edition. Never had a problem importing photos onto my hp pavilion laptop before now I'm getting an error message 0x802A0006. The required value cannot be determined. I have been able to upload two video files but two others and some pictures will not load.

Update:

Can not find a way to delete this question so I am updating it. I don't know how I fixed it, I attempted to import the photos and two remaining videos again and it did. I did keep "waking" the screen on the iPhone while it was importing, don't know if that made the difference.

Thanks

Restart the iPhone. Try again.

Remove add-on anti-malware, and restart Windows minimally, and try again.

If a Windows tool is reporting this error (as I suspect), contact Microsoft via the Microsoft discussion forums.

If an Apple app for Windows is reporting this error (probably not, based on what was posted), contact Apple.

The following from the Windows discussion forums implies this error might be specific to Windows 8.1:

An upgrade to Windows 10 or the current Windows 11 may resolve this, as well.
