Disney+ bundle

I have Disney+ and Hulu I am wanting to bundle my Disney+ and Hulu with ESPN but I cannot figure out how to do so I have already canceled my subscription to Disney+ but I cannot find the bundle. They keep sending me to my Hulu account and then tells me because I’m built through iTunes I cannot switch. How do I do this?
