I have recently upgraded my iCloud storage from 50GB to 200GB but for some reason my photos aren’t uploading and I am still getting the “Not enough iCloud Storage” message. I have checked my Wifi, rebooted my phone multiple times and iOS is up to date but with no avail.

Which iPhone type do you have?
iPhone 11 Pro with 64 GB or 256 GB or 512 GB?
Looks like you need to upgrade your Cloud storage.
