My Apple ID account has been compromised

My Gmail email got hacked into Apple ID account and performed my credit card that I have had subscription to downloaded iTunes music with my old Apple ID account. That was causing me problems with my new Apple ID account right now got compromised from hackers took my credit card once to get permission reference data on my private page that I haven’t seen my original page on my iPhone account yet everything on my device had changed every new of a single day for me especially image of shortcut on my iPhone Home Screen .
