Restart your router by removing all power from it for about 15 seconds.
Then explain what you mean by devices will not connect, and what Apple devices specifically. Do you mean you get a wrong password message? Or some other indication?
Does your router have MAC filtering (aka Access Control) enabled? Are your Apple device Wi-Fi address in the “allowed” list if it is?
And has it ever worked?
What is the “etc”? Solving problems requires all of the information possible; If you don’t want to provide useful information there’s no point in continuing this discussion.
And what happens when you go on Facebook or Safari? What message to you see?
Are you using a VPN connection?
