Reinstate subscription
How can I reinstate a canceled subscription before it expires?
Apple TV HD, tvOS 15
Try this:
Go to -> Settings -> tap Your Profiel -> Subscriptions.
Scroll down to the canceled ubscriptions -> select the canceled subscription -> see the options to reactivate that subscription.
