How do I convert main drive to APFS?

How do I convert my main drive to APFS? I'm on Mojave currently. I need to upgrade so I can update my Adobe apps

You have to erase t... unless you happen to get an Installer that converts it on install, which is what happened to my by Installing Big Sur over Mojave as I recall.
