Education Discount $210 Apple Gift Card Not Received

Purchased a MacBook and was supposed to receive a $210 gift card via email. I got notice it was sent but I didn't receive anything. I have called Apple 3 times and all 3 times I'm told it was resent but nothing received. Not in my junk folder either. Anyone else experience this? This is completely unacceptable. If I'm contemplating bringing the MacBook back.
