USB-C ports not working for newly opened M2 MacBook Air

i just received my brand new m2 MacBook Air a few weeks ago and my USB-C ports are not working. Any way I can get this resolved ? I have Apple Care but I’d like to see if there’s any other option. Thanks for the help.

If a restart does not clear the issue, contact Apple Support using the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and discuss your options and alternatives with them.
