raw thumbernails not supported in preview after installing DXO pureRaw2

Some of my thumbernails for my RAW-files are no longer shown by preview. Get the message the format is not supported. Problem seen after installing DXO pureRaw2.

When i click on the thumbernail, the file opens in DXO PureRaw. When i choose to open the file with preview, I get the message the format is not supported, but the files still show as .orf (Olympus RAW-files).

I can choose to open the files with Photoshop, but I want to see the images as thumbernails before I open them. How can I fix this? Running Mac Monterey version 12.5.1
