Apps being taken off my iPhone and put in the iCloud

They are not accessible or reinstalling

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Apps would not actually be able put in the iCloud, as previous purchases are not included with your iCloud backup. The App data, if enabled to backup with iCloud in Settings > Name > iCloud, would be the only thing included and/or stored in iCloud.

If your apps are greyed out, or show ‘Paused’ on the Home Screen, see If there's an issue when you redownload apps, movies, or other content from Apple or If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad for more information.
