When I change the exercise goal on my Apple Watch 7, the exercise goal on my wife's Apple Watch 7 also changes. Why is that? How do I get that to not happen? This is my first time in the forum with a question, so please excuse me if I've not formatted correctly?

For this your watch has to be running at least WatchOS7 or higher.
