Apple Watch 6

It's made of a number different materials some dependent on the specific version of the watch. Most notably: glass, ceramic, acrylates and nickel.

Are you allergic to nickel? If so, be aware that there is some small amount of nickel in the watch so, depending on the severity of your reaction, it may not be worth it.

As I said, the backing can be made of different materials depending on the exact model. Including but not limited to glass, ceramic and nickel.
