Can I track my AirPods when they are connected to another Apple device?

I've lost my AirPods (2nd gen). Will I be able to see their current location if someone pair them with his/her Apple device?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4

They are seen offline on Find My app.

It says "If they do come back online, you get a notification on the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac that you use with them.". So, if someone connects them with a device, I will get a notification, right?

And I have two more questions:

1- Will I get notification if someone connect them with an Android device?

2- If someone resets them with the button on the back, will I still be able to get notification?
