How to restore old data from one iphone to another,when forgetting password of old(unusuable) Iphone's backup?

I have backed up my old Iphone X on iTunes.I want to restore the data on my new Iphone 13,but I forgot my old backup password and my Iphone X is not working anymore.What can I do to restore it?

Not the answer that you want to hear, but unfortunately you won't be able to access the backup until you remember the password that you set.
