After updating to Monterey I found that I have a lack of free space. With help of Storage Analize utility I found that my Apps folder is taking somehow almost 137 GB of space!
But if I'm getting info about size of the Apps folder directly from macOS I get 17 GB and it's sounds legit, because I don't have much apps.
How should I free space and how to find what takes it?

I saw that thread and still don't get it, according to this screen I have ~371Gb used. But info of Macintosh HD shows that only 280Gb used.
Will try to remove iOS backups after official release of iOS 16 and hope it will solve the problem.
To compare, on this M Class Apple Silicon computer with very few Applications installed other than the Stock Apple Applications and a few other small applications
In same location ) report Method - showing 5.42 GB but in Finder report 5.98 GB
Support Files of the Applications, Application cache files etc account for some extra reported Space Used
