Has this happened to anyone else? My card keeps getting declined when using with Apple Pay. It worked fine up until yesterday. My bank says the problem is with APPLE.

I finally figured it out:
I logged into the Apple website, clicked account, scrolled down to payment method and lo and behold, all my payment info was gone. Apparently when I switched phones, it vanished, but I did NOT have that issue when I upgraded from iPhone 6 to 8 (just went from 8 to 13 a bit over a month ago. Glad you figured it out.
I’ve had this same issue. It happened when I upgraded phones. It keeps asking to “update payment info” but there’s nothing to update. The card works anywhere but the Apple Pay app.
Also: it won’t let me remove the card to re-enter it. I get “family organizer must have one purchase on file”. I’m the family organizer…
As it turned, after work and frustration it was a bank issue. I had applied for a second card for my wife but before I even received the card, my new info (new exp date) was passed to APPLE.
