Owners activation lock

Hi got an iPhone 12 pro for $700 from the pawn shop. Was going fine next thing I no my daughter n her partner accidentally pushed update and restore plus backup it went back to the original owners before me.

Now I can't access my phone even tried my own apple Id and everything still no good pls help or advice
