Can't delete a spam message that says I won $50k

I'm concerned that I cannot delete a spam message that informs me I won $50k from the World Bank. I cannot delete it by the usual left swipe, as the usual action buttons don't appear. Other messages behave normally and can be deleted. The message itself, on the messages list, turned into an icon that represents two unknown phone numbers and me, like a group. When I clicked for more info on the contact, location tracking is shown as activated. It's like I'm in phone call or face time that can't be stopped (may be wrong on that).

I WAS able to go to my phone and swipe left to delete the copy there. but it's still on my laptop OS15.5
