My iPhone will not download any apps

Can you please help me with a iOS update because my phone will not download any apps because it is not updated to iOS 14 or oh above

The iPhone 6 is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher. It can be updated to iOS 12.5.6, no further.

As stedman1 wrote, your iPhone 6 is not compatible with iOS 13. You'll need to get a newer phone to download the app (and most apps nowadays anyway).
