Apple Cash pending

After recently upgrading my phone, I one of my child’s status is still pending despite troubleshooting. It will not allow her to accept and I have already sent an invite. any suggestions would be appreciated!

Apple Cash for (null) Is Pending I’ve had this notification in my Wallet App, under my Apple Cash Card for a couple years now. It started when I added my nephew to my Apple Family as a child, and tried setting up Apple Cash for him. However, I transferred him to his Mothers family so he was no longer on mine and Apple Cash never went through. I’ve tried contacting Apple Support but they did not have a solution after working on a multitude of troubleshooting; including but not limited to, restarting the device, signing out and back into iCloud, turning off Apple Pay and back on, etc. iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16.1.1

Apple Cash for family members under 18 says Pending even with all requirements met I've allowed my 17 years old to use my Apple card through the sharing option but now all her cashback cannot be sent to Apple Cash for no reason. She has an iPhone 14 Pro Max, signed with her Apple ID, two factors authentication on, and device region set to United States. What can be done?

Can't send money via Apple Cash, says "The recipient is no longer valid." I'm trying to send money to my son. When I click "send" in the Apple Cash app and it takes me to Messages to send, I get this error: "Cannot Send this Payment. The recipient is no longer valid." He has received money from me this way recently, and just a few days ago he sent me money via Apple Cash. My balance in Apple Cash more than covers the amount I'm sending. We went to the Apple Support page "If you can't send or receive money with Apple Cash," and everything checks out (we've made sure everything it suggests is correct on both of our iPhones; he should be able to receive money from me per that page.) We've restarted our phones, just in case. I'm still getting the error. Any ideas about what's wrong? Thank you.
