After the emergency macOS update to 12.5.1, all the folders that had I dragged to the sidebar in Finder are gone. The only icons that will drag over now are the APFS volumes from APFS containers and hard drives. What happened during this update to cause this?

Your Favorites are hidden. Move the cursor to the right of the word Favorites until you see the ">" then click it.
