Payment declined

i ordered a laptop on your site and i wanted to pay with ideal.. i haven't paid it yet and i also didn't receive a billing mail. when will i receive this mail so i can pay for my macbook air?


When i got to the checkout i filled in my bank details and then the payment got declined. After this i received the email.
