Payment declined

i ordered a laptop on your site and i wanted to pay with ideal.. i haven't paid it yet and i also didn't receive a billing mail. when will i receive this mail so i can pay for my macbook air?

When i got to the checkout i filled in my bank details and then the payment got declined. After this i received the email.

Action required for your order email Hi everyone, I just placed an order on apple education for a new macbook pro with my AMEX card. I got an email early in the morning saying that there was a problem with my payment and that they will continue to process my payment until the scheduled delivery dates. I went to my order status to see the issue but I am unable to change my payment method. When I check my bank transactions it says the amount I paid for my macbook has been deducted but its under 'pending' (I read somewhere that AMEX usually takes 4 days to process payments). Does this mean that the issue has been resolved? Will apple send me another email saying its been resolved? Thanks.

Buy mac mini apple malaysia not delivered I would like to share my experienced, I bought mac mini m2 in apple malaysia online store on 25 april 2023 and after I paid with my credit card, I got an email from apple about my order number, stated that my order will processing and will delivered on 28 april 23. However, I could not track order status in apple website by putting my order number and email, and finally I never got my mac mini until now., I have tried many times calling 1 800 80 6419 with no result, and chat with many apple specialist ask them to contact apple store sales dept malaysia also no result. Payment issue from Apple I got a mail from apple stating that “We're having a problem with your payment.” I have already paid in full by using discover credit card and the transaction has been approved by them but then too it is asking me to update my payment method. I contacted apple support but they too told me that my payment has not been processed yet but it is processed from my side. What should I do?

DId you order from the US store but show a shipping address outside the US? This Apple policy statement:
