iCloud

Hello. Last week I uploaded photos and videos from my phone to the icloud . After that, I deleted everything from the phone and they have also been deleted from iCloud. I tried to find any way to recover, but they are not in “recently deleted” folder and the backup was turned off. I just had a baby and the content is very important for me, because there are my child’s first photos and videos. lf there is any chance to restore my photos and videos, please help me.
