I some how deleted a note in a note file and I don't know how to get back

I did a select all in notes and press space and they are all gone but the folder is not deleted how can I get my notes back?

The problem is that yesterday, due to lack of memory space, I restarted the Notes application, with the condition that all data would be saved if I reinstalled it, but now my notes are not there at all. How can I get my old notes back? the problem is that yesterday I reloaded the Notes application due to the fact that there was no space left in memory and I needed to free up space, I did it but with the conditions that the data would be saved if I downloaded it again, today it’s simply not there, I don’t know where they disappeared, how can I get them back?

My notes app deleted my notes Q. I was on my notes app and I decided that I was going to put some of my notes in a folder so I put them in a folder and when I went to click on the folder there were no notes on the folder and I could t find them anywhere and I decided to delete the folder since the notes weren't in It. I already tried looking in recently deleted and they weren't there. Could you please try and help?

How do I recover a folder from my notes? Help! I was looking at my notes and somehow put a letter at the top of my notes and it wiped my note out (which was my bill folder). I desperately need this folder. Help!

Where were the Notes? See the pic below. You will get your answer

The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.
