Homekit hubs stuck on Standby

This seems to be a common annoying problem. I have 4 Apple TVs and 5 HomePods (1st gen & minis). Everything runs the latest software.

In a recurrent fashion, I keep getting all the hubs in standby and NONE being connected.

I went thru many forums and looked at possible solutions.

Everything is random. One solution works one time and next time doesn't work.

Does anyone have the real answer to this problem? Very frustrating indeed.
