macboo pro 16 intel too slow

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro 16 intel i9 2.4 8core 64gbram os 12.5.1 with purely musical use with Logic Pro, lately and especially after the last update it has slowed down a lot both in turning on and opening applications and blocking some including system preferences, I have 1T SSD and I have at least 75% free, I can not figure out what is due to this slowdown along with various kernel panic, system suspension with fans at maximum (maybe use of logic and plugins with heat? ) and wifi connection via iPhone 13 hotspot became problematic with the start of the slowdown..I attach a snapshot of etrecheck hoping to get to the bottom of the problem, thank you, best regards

To trouble shoot further you can:

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Takes a bit longer to get to the login screen, does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, font cache, etc., third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

a reboot will put it back to normal mode.

This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

The two pieces of installed software that is most likely to cause problem are the PACE & VPN software. Make sure all of your other third party apps are completely up to date.

Why are you using a case-sensitive file system on the external drive? This can cause problems when you attempt to transfer files to another drive which uses a case-insensitive file system.

Run Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. Within Disk Utility click "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the hidden Container appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Even if First Aid says everything is "Ok" click "Show Details" and scroll back through the report to see if any unfixed errors are detected. If there are any unfixed errors listed, then try running First Aid from Internet Recovery Mode (Command + Option + R), otherwise you will need to erase the whole physical drive to reinstall macOS & restore from a backup.

Try disconnecting all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

Do you have the problem when running without the charger connected?

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
