Hi, my Apple TV remote is not control the LG TV. What can I do?

The Siri Remote is to control and navigate the Apple TV box, not the TV.
- The Siri Remote will send volume control signals directly to the TV (or other audio system). Adjust Apple TV audio.
- The Siri Remote may be able to have the TV turn on or set to standby, by waking or sleeping the Apple TV box, through CEC. For this to work, CEC must be activated on both devices. Control your TV or receiver with your Apple TV Remote.
It may help to restart or pair again a remote that is non-responsive. If your Apple TV remote isn’t working.
