How do I increase font size in mail?

One way is to go to Mail > Preferences > Fonts and Colors and set the font sizes you want.
But sometimes the size of incomings is dictated by what the sender may have choosen.
And if you want your size of your outgoings to be reflected at the other end, you need to set it for each outgoing separately.
