hi my phone has a balckscreen and wont turn on and also not with the hard resetn of the volume down and up technick

my phone is not turning on, it has a black screen the silence button above the volume buttons does make a vibrating motion when used. The phone itself does charge it makes that noise when the charger is putten on the phone.

What can I do?
