My Apple Pay not working. I could not add my card.

I could not add my CCard and DCard . I have attached an image with popup messages which were show when I add the card.

We seek your kind advice on it.

Do you meet ALL the requirements cited in:

Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support

Particularly the “Supported Regions” ?
