I access my iCloud documents through my Mac

Yes, I have been trying to get into my iCloud documents with the Mac air & the little blue boxes will not open any suggestions. Oh I just upgraded to Monterery 15.6.1 would that have anything to do with it.

can you turn on iCloud Desktop and Documents on 2 different computers? How does that work out? I have two laptops: MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. The MB Pro has iCloud set up for Desktop and Documents and I know I can access them through finder on my MB Air, but what would happen if I set the MB Air for iCloud set up for Desktop and Documents too?

Documents missing in iCloud drive When I add new documents to iCloud Drive -documents using an iPhone, they do not appear in Finder -iCloud drive on my Macbook air, and vice versa. They (from my iPhone) do appear on the website iCloud.com. There seem to be two different drives. The suggestion I found on the Apple support site do not seem te work. How can I solve this?

Try viewing the documents on http://www.icloud.com/
