How do I shut off find my iPhone without being able to get onto my iPhone

Please I'm begging y'all can somebody just tell me how to shut off find my iPhone without being able to get onto my iPhone so I can send it in so I can get repaired so I can get a new one

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

On a computer go to iCloud.com>sign in>select find my phone>once it located phone, click on the "i" in the circle and select delete
