Hi I ordered the gift card but didn’t get it yet is been more than 17 hours already

I ordered through online and it said that it will send me email for the gift card with 1 hours but still nothing and it already take my money

Check your spam folder of the Web version mailbox.

Or the spam folder of the mail client software.
