How to use Focus to block one contact only

Hi Apple Community,

How do you set up Focus to block notifications from only one or two contacts?

At the moment, we can only add 'Allowed' contacts. This is annoying when you want to set a Focus to block only calls and notifications from your workplace but allow all other calls to come through.
