**HELP** Stalker*** Hacked AppleID unable to remove pending fraudulent friend or quit sharing location

Someone hacked into my appleID and I’m unable to log in or log out of my appleID. They also hacked into my son’s appleID and he is sharing his location with me but I am not with him. I have location services off and find my iPhone is turned off. No matter what I do or how many times I turn off “share my location” it turns back on. When I try to delete my son’s compromised appleID (which he can’t log out of either) it will just pop back up with the loading circle to the left (see photo). This person will not quit messing with my stuff and it’s thoroughly messing with my life. It’s to the point where Apple is trying to help, but I am getting fraudulent calls from Apple and can’t even get in contact with the Head Security advisors I was working with. I don’t know what to do. I can’t wipe the phone because it has documentation for HR related issues for work on it. Any help would be appreciated. Is it not allowing me to remove my sons compromised account because I can’t log in and not turn off “share my location” due to this as well? All of my location services are off.

Hi hallie110,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.

This article will provide steps to help with a compromised Apple ID: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised. Having Two-Factor enabled should prevent any compromising of your Apple ID.

"Gain control of your Apple ID

If you think your Apple ID is compromised, use these steps to gain control of it and review your account information:

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page. If you can't sign in or you receive a message that the account is locked when you try to sign in, try to reset or unlock your account.
  2. Change your Apple ID password and choose a strong password.
  3. Review all the personal and security information in your account. Update any information that isn't correct or that you don’t recognize, including:
    • Your name.
    • Your primary Apple ID email address. If you need to change your email addressupdate the features and services that you use with Apple ID, so that each one is using your updated Apple ID.
    • All alternate email addresses, rescue email addresses, and phone numbers.
    • The devices that are associated with your Apple ID, if you've already set up two-factor authentication.
    • Security questions and answers. If you think they might be easy to guess, you should change your security questions.

4.Check with your email address* provider to make sure that you control every email address associated with your Apple ID. If you don't control the email addresses associated with the Apple ID, you should change the password for the email address or use a different email address.

5.Set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID. This additional security feature is designed to prevent anyone from accessing your account, even if they know your password."

Have a fantastic day!

hallie110,

Thanks for providing those additional details. It may be possible that a restriction has been enabled preventing your from changing the passcode or Face ID settings. To check this, take a look at the steps below from the following resource: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Allow changes to other settings and features
You can allow changes to other settings and features, the same way you can allow changes to privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode.
3. Under Allow Changes, select the features or settings that you want to allow changes to and choose Allow or Don't Allow.

Here are some features and settings that you can allow changes for:
- Passcode Changes: Prevent changes to your passcode
- Account Changes: Prevent account changes in Accounts & Passwords
- Cellular Data Changes: Prevent changes to cellular data settings
- Reduce Loud Sounds: Prevent changes to volume settings for safe listening
- Driving Focus: Prevent changes to the Driving Focus
- TV Provider: Prevent changes to TV provider settings
- Background App Activities: Prevent changes to whether or not apps run in the background

As for using Find My iPhone, this can done with Location Services enabled; however, if Locations Services is not enabled you may not be able to locate your device on a map. You can find this, and more details at this link here: Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support

We hope that's able to help.

Take care!

Hi,

The phone doesn’t have the option for FaceID or passcode for me to change it. It is no longer in the settings yet it still uses the FaceID (I had turned it off, it would scan but not actually “scan” my face if that makes sense). Again, the setting for FaceID and Passcode is no longer in my settings. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Is it normal for location services to be off and the find my iPhone to still track your location? & is it normal to be unable to shut this feature off?
