iOS update

You are connected to your service provider.

Your service provider lost its connection to the Internet.

Open Settings, then tap Airplane Mode to toggle it on, then 15 seconds later, tap to toggle it off.

Update Using a Computer:

If updating Cellular is just unsuccessful, then try updating using a computer... Use my User Tip:  Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip

Make sure you are connected to a cellular network and your phone is not in airplane mode.
