MacBook Pro can't find/connect to networks after waking from sleep

Hi how are you??

The problem comes up when waking from deep sleep (when the computer is in sleep mode for more than 30 seconds or so). After it wakes up the wifi is off and when I turn it on it won't show any networks to connect to. I tried several things but nothing works (resetting PRAM, creating new location, updating OS, and all the general fixes to wifi problems).

I've been dealing with this for years but the only workaround I was able to find is turning off the computer completely and turning it back on (resetting does not solve the issue).

My computer model is MacBook Pro 15 inch Late 2016 running macOS Monterrey.

If you have any tips for this problem please let me know.
