There are several things you can check:

  1. Check your coverage area. Tap the toggle for "Mobile data" on and off. .
  2. Check for a carrier settings update. .
  3. Restart your iPhone.
  4. Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
  5. Update your iPhone., if possible
  6. Reset your network settings.
