My silicone case isn’t even 8 months old and its peeling off on the sides. I have silicone cases from my 8plus and xs max that still looks new after 4 years.
Do I qualify then for a replacement because its definitely a factory defect?

Hmm, I doubt that it would be covered, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Take it to an Apple retail location and have them check it.
