I just found a brand new completely sealed in the box iLife '08 . I'm running Monterey 12.5.1. Is there any use for this at all in 2022, or should I just toss it along with the unused Office Mac '8 I found with it?

It will not run on a modern Mac OS.
However, some people are looking for original disk sets to keep older Macs running. Rather then toss, advertise it on a auction site or donate to an Apple USer Group.
