Does a purchased download immediately?

Does an audiobook purchased from Apple download immediately? When I check out an audiobook from the library, they download slowly chapter by chapter.

It also depends on the speed of the network.

Check -> Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
