Recently lost my iPhone with my sim in. Trying to locate my iPhone but I didn’t register it on find my iPhone. So am unable to find. Is there any way of finding it. Not so worried about the phone but the sim and details

There is no way to find it. Call your carrier and have them disable the SIM. If you had a passcode on the phone your data is safe. If you didn’t assume that everything on the phone has fallen into the wrong hands and take appropriate action.

Nope. Without Find My being on, there's no way to find it short of Magic. What would be the purpose of Find My if there were other ways of finding it that did not require it?
The SIM card holds no details other than your phone number and service plan settings. You can contact your service provider and have them disable the SIM card.
Your carrier should be able to provide a new SIM card that has the same phone number.
Assuming that you WILL eventually get your phone number back …

Yes I have tried so much and they have disabled my SIM card at the moment but I cannot get my old phone number back. I even have a new blank sim. It’s just my phone number is connected to everything important I have.
