Cannot use some app or open certain website

I need help. My Ipad (6th generation) suddenly cannot use app like twitch and reddit. When i use the web version via safari browser, the website cannot be reach. The only way i can use this website is by using VPN. I tried to use this website and app using android device with same network connection and IP address and it work. I also try update my ipad to latest version and clear the app cache but it still not working. Any solution for this?

Have you perhaps enabled the iCloud+ Private Relay (Beta) service?

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Private Relay (Beta)

Apple warn that this feature may interfere with functioning of some websites. If Private Relay is enabled, try disabling this feature - then force-restart your iPad:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
